About Polydip Coating
Polydip was established in 1978 as a specialist thermoplastic dip coating operation.
In 1998 Polydip expanded into powder coating services and over the following years the powder coating division grew strongly and much of the equipment was upgraded and ISO9001 certification was achieved.
By 2013 powder coating accounted for around 70% of total sales.
By 2019 the powder coating business took on the name PowderWerx and was awarded accredited applicator status by Dulux and Interpon to cement its leadership position in the powder coating market.
PowderWerx /Polydip is a very well equipped, modern metal coating operation and one of a very small number of metal coating businesses in Australia able to offer both powder and dip coating. It is the only contract coating business that can boast ISO9001:2015 and accredited applicator status.
The factory is equipped with conveyor and batch powder coating facilities enabling it to undertake a very broad range of powder coating jobs catering to a diverse market.
